🔹 Age Limit

• Applicants should not exceed 42 years of age.
• Candidates with prior experience in emergency helpline services may apply up to 52 years of age.

🔹 Educational Qualification

For Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Computer Science, Information Technology, Sociology, or Social Sciences.
• Must have computer proficiency.

For Case Worker:

• Must have passed 12th standard from a recognized board.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in helpline or emergency services.
