In Madurai Thirupparankundram Subramanya Swamy Temple, in preparation for the Kudamuzhukku festival to be held on July 14th, Yagasala poojas will begin today (July 10) at 5 PM. These poojas will continue in the morning and evening sessions until 9 PM on the night of July 13th.
Following this, during the period when the Yagasala poojas are taking place, that is, from the evening of July 10th to July 13th, devotees are prohibited from going to the temporary Moolasthanam (main sanctum) located on the hill of the temple.
The temple administration has requested the cooperation of devotees for the smooth conduct of the festival arrangements.
