Residents of Madurai, take note! ⚠️ Due to monthly maintenance works on the power grid, electricity supply will be suspended on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in several areas across the district.

Maintenance Location: 110/33-11KV Manickampatti Substation, under Samayanallur division.

Affected Areas:
Usilampatti, Maravarpatty, Sathiravellalapatty, Valaipatty, Ramagoundanpatty, Thethoor, T.Mettupatty, Karadikkal, Chinnapalamadu, Sukkampatty, Konampatty, Sattaiyar Dam, Errampatty, Devaseri, Manickampatty, Vellaiyampatty, Sarandhangi, Kodangipatty, Pondhukkampatty, Sendhamangalam, Muduvarpatty, KuravanKulam, Athanur, Mettupatty, Achampatty, Malaipatty, Balamedu Nagar and nearby regions receiving power from Manickampatti substation.
