The Madurai Book Fair 2025, organized by the district administration, will take place from September 5 to 15, 2025 at the Madurai Trade Centre, Tamukkam Grounds. District Collector Mr. K.J. Praveen Kumar, IAS, has officially released the list of renowned authors and debate speakers who will be participating in the event.

• Over 232 leading publishers will set up book stalls.
• Daily cultural programs featuring school and college students.
• “Sinthanai Arangam” (Thought Forum) with popular authors and speakers sharing ideas and insights.
• Healthy and delicious food stalls for visitors.
• Special evening events from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM featuring literary celebrities and public intellectuals.
