Major Achievements

Founded by Mrs. Premalatha Panneerselvam and Mr. Panneerselvam in 1983 at Ranga Bhavan.
In 1989, the school moved to its own building on Gopalakrishnan land, KK Nagar.
Due to the demand for quality education in residential areas, a new campus was established at the foothills of Alagarkoil, 20 km from Madurai.
In 1992, our second day school was opened at Surveyor Colony, Madurai (Mahatma Baba Building).
In 2005, Mahatma Montessori School became the first private school in Madurai affiliated with CBSE, New Delhi.
In 2008, Mahatma Global Gateway was established in Madurai, affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, paving the way for world-class education.
In 2016, Mahatma Global Gateway partnered with Cambridge International Education to offer the prestigious Cambridge International curriculum.
In 2017, Mahatma Montessori School affiliated with CBSE was inaugurated at Alagarkoil, Madurai, catering to both residential boys and day school students.
