Sellur Raju’s comments on the groundbreaking ceremony of the new building at Karisalkulam Government Health Center

Sellur Raju Inaugurates Foundation Stone Ceremony for Additional Building at Karisalkulam Government Primary Health Center in Madurai West

Former Minister Sellur Raju today laid the foundation stone for an additional building worth ₹15 lakhs at the Karisalkulam Government Primary Health Center, which falls under Madurai West Assembly Constituency.

After the foundation stone ceremony, he spoke to reporters. Key points from Sellur Raju’s interview:

On Pollachi Case:

“During the AIADMK government, the then Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswami took proper action and ordered a CBI investigation into the incidents. Under our government, the CBI found out ‘who that person is’ and punished them. But the DMK government does not order investigations into any incidents. DMK itself denies ‘who that person is.'”

On DMK Alliance Strength:

“Who says the DMK alliance is not strong? We never said that. Why do they say it’s strong? Because the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister have influence. Why should we say the alliance is strong? They say that out of fear. The people are the real bosses.”

On AIADMK-BJP Alliance:

“Amit Shah and Nayanar Nagendran have said that the government will come under AIADMK leadership.”

On Thaveg Leader Vijay Not Joining AIADMK Alliance:

“We have an alliance with the people. We will announce about it closer to the election.”
