As a key spiritual highlight of the Madurai Chithirai Festival 2026, the live procession (Veethi Ulaa) of Goddess Meenakshi and Lord Sundareshwarar can be tracked in real-time through the “Track Meenakshi & Sundareshwarar” service. This feature is available from April 19 to April 29, 2026, provided by Thoonganagaram.com and Skynyx Technologies.
The procession takes place across major streets of Madurai every morning and evening. Devotees can view the exact route and current location of the palanquin via Google Maps. The LIVE tracking system refreshes every 10 seconds to provide accurate updates.
This service is highly useful for devotees who wish to avoid crowds, especially families and elderly visitors. It works smoothly even on 2G networks and supports thousands of users simultaneously.
Using the website or mobile app, devotees can track the procession from anywhere and plan their darshan easily. This initiative blends tradition with modern technology, enhancing the Chithirai Festival experience.
